Dairy Australia, a national services body for dairy farmers and the industry, recently visited Southville International School affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU) for a one day cooking demo workshop. The workshop focused on the different types of cuisine the SISFU culinary students can make with fresh dairy products and ingredients.
The cooking demo highlighted the head chef of HF promotions, Chef Tim Hollands teaching the culinary students a variety of ways on how to make quick but scrumptious and mouth-watering dishes and desserts. Chef Tim, who grew up under the cultural and philosophical influences of Japan (a country known for its fresh products) demonstrated his passion towards food and dairy products as he elaborated on the importance of serving fresh ingredients through Dairy Australia with his unique personal style.
Chef Tim Hollands was also accompanied by Mr. Pete Myers, Mr. Stewart Davey of Dairy Australia, and Ms. Liza Bautista of the Australian Trade Commission.
